Return and Exchange
At NOTY, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the personal nature of fragrances, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened, used, tested, or unsealed are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We request customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:

You receive a damaged product.

You receive a defective product.

You receive the wrong product or an incorrect variant.
To be eligible, you must:

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Share your order number, clear photographs, and an unboxing video showing the issue.

Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and invoice intact.
Claims made without sufficient proof or beyond the specified timeframe may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Opened or used perfume bottles.

Products with broken or removed seals.
-
Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or accidental handling after delivery.

Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

Requests made after the specified reporting period.
Approval Process
Once your request is received, our quality team will review the details. If approved, NOTY will arrange a reverse pickup where service is available or provide instructions for returning the product.
After inspection of the returned item, we will either:

Ship a replacement product (subject to stock availability), or

Issue a refund to the original payment method if a replacement is not available.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only offered for products that are:

Damaged during transit.

Defective upon delivery.

Incorrectly shipped by NOTY.
We do not offer exchanges based on fragrance preference, personal taste, or change of mind after opening the product.
Refund Timeline
Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The credit may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
