We work with trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, XpressBees, DTDC, Ecom Express, and other reputed logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery across India.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 business hours after successful payment verification.
- Orders placed before 9:00 AM IST are generally processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 9:00 AM IST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons, promotional events, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service availability.
- Metro Cities: 2–4 Business Days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 5–7 Business Days

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment.
NOTY may offer Free Shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or orders above a specified purchase value. Such offers are subject to change without prior notice.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via Email and/or SMS/WhatsApp containing your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Transportation disruptions
- High shipment volumes
- Courier operational issues

Damaged, Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, appears to be tampered with, or is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
After verification, NOTY may, at its sole discretion:
- Arrange a replacement of the product, subject to stock availability; or
- Issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partner, NOTY shall make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery. However, our liability for delays, loss, or damage during transit shall be limited to either:
- Replacement of the affected product (subject to verification and availability), or
- Refund of the amount paid for the product,
as determined by NOTY in accordance with our applicable policies.
Force Majeure
NOTY shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, cyclones, fires, pandemics, epidemics, government regulations, strikes, lockouts, acts of war, civil disturbances, transportation disruptions, communication failures, technology outages, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
